Memories of Brighton

Brighton is my favourite city in the UK. I know I haven’t been to that many of them but I don’t think it matters that much, really. Brighton might just be my favourite city I ever visited (yes, in the whole world). There was just something about me and the city that just clicked and felt instantly right. I mean, it is everything – it’s not huge but it has a good centre, there are quiet parts for families, there is culture, vegan restaurants, quirky little shops and THE BEACH. I mean, who wouldn’t want to live near the sea?

I do get very sentimental about stuff over the summer holidays so I decided to share with you some of the pictures I took when I was in Brighton. The quality is not the best because I took them with my phone, not really trying that hard… but they still are the pictures I took at that time I fell in love with Brighton.

It was quite foggy when we arrived in the morning (it was early) but the weather got better throughout the day.

I have like a million of these as my friend didn’t know if my phone took the picture or not. (So she just kept pressing the button. And I kept standing there. Near the end, it hurt.)

Me, again. How fascinating.

They. Are. EVERYWHERE.

Unfortunately, the wheel isn’t there anymore. What a shame. But at least I got to ride it.

So, that’s my throwback post. Let me know in the comments what your favourite city is and why it appeals to you so much.

Thanks for reading,

Veronika

PS: I don’t know if you’ve noticed but I changed my name from wondervonnie to Veronika (my real name). Sorry if that caused any confusion.
